How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders that have been requested as Standard Delivery, will usually be processed & dispatched within 48 hours. However in some cases it may take a little longer so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Islands make take a little longer depending on their remoteness.
How do I return an unwanted item?
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase we will exchange it for you or refund the full cost of the item(s). Simply return the goods with all the original packaging, unused and in original condition, with any accessories, any supplied free gifts, and a completed returns form within 28 days of the date the package was delivered. Do not forget to fill in the returns form letting us know what you would like us to do – exchange an item for a different size, different product or for a full refund for the price of the item(s) excluding postage. Additional postage charges will apply for exchange items; we will contact you for payment details. This charge does not apply for faulty items.

How do I return a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item please contact the Alexandra Store direct on 01270 213014 option 2 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you resolve any difficulties or arrange a replacement if necessary.
How do I pay, and is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Any purchase you make online with us here at The Alexandra Store is 100% Secure. We use a third party company called Protx to ensure that your personal card information is kept secure at all times. As such, when you reach our payment page you are diverted to a secure SSL (HTTPS:) page held on a Secure Protx Server.

How secure is your website?
We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure. Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site. If at any time you leave the secure area of the site, your operating system may remind you that you are leaving a secure part of the site. You will be asked if you want to cancel this reminder for future occasions.
How do I update my personal registration details?
You can change any of your personal details held by the shop through the ‘my account’ section of the shop. Enter your email address and password when prompted and you will be presented with a preferences tab.
What if I live in a VAT free country?
If you live in a VAT Free country VAT will still be charged where applicable at the standard rate of 20%. It is then the customer’s responsibility to claim the VAT back.
What are the opening hours of the Club Shop at the ground?
The Club Shop at The Mornflake Stadium is open Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.30pm
Saturday – 9am until 3pm, then for 30 mins after the game has finished.
Mid week – 9am until 7.45pm.
