Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund and exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Crewe Alexandra Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
Pricing and Availability
The Club will endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, however, errors may occur. If the Club discovers an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered it will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the Club is unable to contact you it will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT.
Subject to the above paragraph, prices quoted on the website are correct at time of publishing. The Club reserves the right to vary prices due to changes in VAT or any other circumstances which may be beyond its control. All orders are subject to a delivery charge.
No discount is given on Gift Vouchers, Ticket & Travel, Lottery or Wall of Dedication. Sale items will not be subject to any additional discount.
A discount of 10% is available to season ticket holders and associate members. To claim your season ticket or associate membership discount, season ticket holders must enter ST10% and associate members MB10% (discounts do not apply to customer number card holders).
Customers claiming their 10% season ticket or membership discount will have their details checked by our sales team to ensure that the billing address matches the address we hold on file of the season ticket holder or associate member. If these details are incorrect we will notify you that your order has been cancelled due to misuse of the discount codes.
The Club’s home and away kit is worn by the First Team for one season unless otherwise stated and will be changed according to announcements made at the time of launch and displayed on the Club Site.
Please note that any promotions/offers on the Site cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
The Club will endeavour to ensure that this Site is fully operational at all times. However we cannot guarantee that the Site will be fault free. In particular, access to this Site may be interrupted or restricted to allow for emergency or routine repairs or maintenance to be carried out or the introduction of new facilities or services.
The Club reserves its right to restrict, suspend or terminate your use of this Site or any of our services at any time if we believe, in our absolute discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
