How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders that have been requested as Standard Delivery, will usually be processed & dispatched within 48 hours. However in some cases it may take a little longer so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Islands make take a little longer depender on their remoteness.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Returned items will be accepted up to 2 weeks after delivery, providing they are in an unused state. All items for return should be clearly labelled and sent to the following address:

Crewe Alexandra does not offer a free returns service. Take your parcel to any Post Office and as for a free Certificate of Posting. This will contain a unique number, which will help us trace any parcel that goes astray, and should be quoted in the event of a query. The adjustment for your return will be made directly to your card.

How do I return a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item please contact the Alexandra Store direct on 01270 213014 ex 101 or by emailing info@crewealex.net and we will help you resolve any difficulties or arrange a replacement if necessary.

How do I pay, and is it safe to use my credit/debit card?

Any purchase you make online with us here at The Alexandra Store is 100% Secure. We use a third party company called Protx to ensure that your personal card information is kept secure at all times. As such, when you reach our payment page you are diverted to a secure SSL (HTTPS:) page held on a Secure Protx Server.

Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Protx adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer’s details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

How secure is your website?

We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure. Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site. If at any time you leave the secure area of the site, your operating system may remind you that you are leaving a secure part of the site. You will be asked if you want to cancel this reminder for future occasions.

How do I update my personal registration details?

You can change any of your personal details held by the shop through the ‘my account’ section of the shop. Enter your email addres and password when prompted and you will be presented with a preferences tab.

What if I live in a VAT free country?

If you live in a VAT Free country VAT will still be charged where applicable at the standard rate of 20%. It is then the customers responsibility to claim the VAT back.

What is your returns policy?

The Alexandra Store’s returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date, The Alexandra Store will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 14 day period, after inspection of the goods The Alexandra Store will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods The Alexandra Store will return them to the purchaser. If a customers preference is to return goods to the Club Shop at the Stadium this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you take the order confirmation e-mail with you which details the price which was paid for the goods when purchased. Please note that refunds processed in the Club Shop must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.

What are the opening hours of the Club Shop at the ground?

The Club Shop at The Alexandra Stadium is open from Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.

Home Fixtures:

Saturday – 9am until 3pm, then for 30 mins after the game has finished.

Mid week – 9am until 7.45pm.
