At The Alexandra Store we’re proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you’d like them sent, and we’ll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.
And because you can store any number of different addresses in my account page, your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you – so don’t forget to decide whether you’d like your items delivered to your home or work address.
Goods will be delivered between 7-14 Days, from date of purchase.
Special Delivery items must be ordered by 3pm to guarantee delivery the next working day. Saturday AM deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
Can I have my order sent to an alternative address?
No problem, your order can be sent to an alternative address. Just input the details of the address on to the order entry form when prompted.

This option allows you to collect your order from our club shop. It is free of charge and will be available for collection the next working day.

When collecting your order please bring along your e-mail confirmation.
Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund and exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Crewe Alexandra cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
